Cactus Watches Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within a 30-day period from date of purchase, and we will refund you the cost of the goods [please note that the postage costs are not refundable]. Returns must be unworn and in original condition, as well as in their original Cactus packaging, and carefully packed to ensure no damage occurs in the return shipping process. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. We carefully check each watch before sending it out to you, but mistakes can happen, and you may receive a faulty product. If that is the case, please contact us for a replacement.
Cluse Returns Policy
The CLUSE warranty policy is automatically in effect upon purchase of any CLUSE products. CLUSE grants a two (2) year warranty period on its watches. The warranties guarantee the buyer that the products meet the standards of usability, reliability and durability.
The warranties do not apply in case of:
- theft or loss;
- intentional damage;
- damages as a result of improper usage such as scratching, bumping or falling;
- normal wear and tear or aging of the used materials; or
- damages as a result of neglected care.
The warranty on a watch relates to the movement and not to other parts such as the glass or the strap. Wear traces visible on the watch, must be considered as normal effects of usage. The effects of perspiration on the strap differ from one person to another, due to the differences in acidity.
CLUSE watches are 3 ATM Water Resistant: this means that the watch is protected against minor splashes of water. 3 ATM water resistant CLUSE watches cannot be worn during showering, bathing, swimming or diving. CLUSE watches should not be exposed to more than minor splashes of water or to chemical substances such as perfume, cosmetics and cleaning products.
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that CLUSE jewellery is fragile and will break if not handled with care. The warranty on jewellery only relates to demonstrable production errors. CLUSE jewellery should not be exposed to water or chemical substances such as perfume, cosmetics and cleaning products as this may lead to discoloration.
The warranties no longer apply in case a third party performed repair works or other works on the product, without prior written permission by CLUSE.
Shipment costs for a return shipment after a warranty request or repair request (for defects occurring after the buyer has used the product), will be borne by the buyer.
Easy Read Time Teacher Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy if you’ve changed your mind after receiving your order. All items must be returned unused in the original packaging for either an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received.
We offer a 1 year full replacement warranty for any items that are received faulty or develop a defect within that period. This does not extend to items damaged by the customer.
Oozoo Australia Returns Policy
Faulty Items
Faulty items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
A refund, exchange or credit note will be issued for faulty items only.
A refund will only be provided if the item is faulty. We will refund the full sale amount minus shipping charges via the original payment method.
Postage will be reimbursed by Oozoo Australia only in the case of faulty goods.
Credit note will be equal to the total sale value (not including postage) and will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Exchange
Exchanges will be accepted to change watch size or style.
All exchanges must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Postage cost for exchange items are at the cost of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Oozoo Australia.
If you would like to exchange or return a faulty or damaged product please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. Email your request to: info@oozoo.com.au and a Returns Reference number will be provided to you.
Exchange, Faulty or damaged items must be re-delivered in the exact original condition (includes product box) and must be unworn.
Returns Timelines
- Exchanged Item will be posted within 2-3 days of receipt of returned item.
- Credit Note will be emailed to you within 1-2 days of receipt of returned item.
- Refund (for faulty item only) will be processed within 1-2 days of receipt of the returned item and the funds should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.

Sale Items
No exchange or return on Sale items as all sales are final.
Change of mind
Oozoo Australia offer a 14 day change of mind return policy after the item has been shipped from our warehouse.
A refund, exchange or credit note will be issued during this period, your product must be:
- Unworn.
- In the same condition as sold & with the original box.
- You must have proof of purchase (Order No.)
Oozoo Australia reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges with discretion and if it is rejected the item will be returned to you.
Steel & Barnett returns policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

thinkle Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used games unless they are faulty or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To start a return, please provide your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Tikkers Returns Policy
1.1. Faulty or damaged items
- Before your order leaves, it is fully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged or with a manufacturing fault please contact us immediately.
1.2. Return method
- It is your responsibility to ensure returned items are packed well and are protected from damage in transit.
- We suggest you use a return method that enables you to track the parcel as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
- The General Warranty Under Australian Consumer Law (as shown below under Product Warranties) states 'The consumer will bear the expense of claiming the warranty.' This includes the cost of returning the goods to us.
1.3. Product warranties
- All products supplied by us are covered by warranty as prescribed by Australian consumer law. However we do not cover negligent damage or wear and tear over time.
- All Tikkers Smart Watches and Activity Trackers are guaranteed against any defective parts and construction for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your guarantee is only valid if you present your original receipt when returning the item. This guarantee provides you with rights in addition to your consumer statutory rights and therefore does not limit your statutory rights. Please note this guarantee does not cover lenses, bands, straps or bracelets, water penetration or batteries. Additionally, breakages caused by accident or maltreatment are not covered.
1.4. General warranty under Australian consumer law
- The benefits to the consumer given by the warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The retailer will bear any expense that may arise from making a warranty claim.
